What is the Service Call Fee and Emergency Service Fee?

The “service call fee” covers the cost of sending a fully stocked truck and certified technician or plumber to your home and the cost of diagnosing any issue. The standard $129 service call fee is waived for all Just Right memberships during normal business hours. Members receive a Free after-hours fee for any emergency services needed, normally $159.

What are the 10% repair discounts good towards?

As long as your Just Right membership remains active, you will receive a 10% discount on any regularly priced repairs. This includes plumbing, sewer, and drain repairs, water heater repairs, and AC or furnace repairs.

All service plan members receive annual HVAC tune-ups and separate discounts for HVAC replacements ($500 OFF).

How do I schedule an appointment for my service plan?

The Just Right team will contact you to schedule your included annual services, but you can always schedule an appointment using our online scheduler here, chat with us online, or give us a call.

You can sign up for email and text reminders when scheduling your annual AC and furnace tune-ups.

What does the annual AC Tune-Up include?

A Just Right certified service technician will perform a full 25-point inspection on your AC units, which includes checking, tightening, adjusting and cleaning all necessary components of your system. This service is normally $129 for non-members.
