Furnace Tune-Up and 19-Point Inspection
Keep you and your loved ones safe. A regular tune-up will make sure your furnace is burning gas cleanly and efficiently and will prolong the life of your furnace. Free standard size filter replacement.
Drain Clean and Camera Inspection
Slow drains are a common problem as home age. This can be caused by many reasons. If your home is over 10 years old, get peace of mind by having your drains inspected by our state-of-the-industry drain camera. Membership includes a drain cleaning for any drain in your home.
Water Heater Flush and Full Home Plumbing Inspection
Utah hard water can shorten the life of your water heater, but regular maintenance can prolong its life. It will also save you the headache of a leaky system. We will conduct a water pressure test, inspect all visible pipes, faucets, toilets, and fixtures for hard water build up and visible damage. Membership inspection also includes a water hardness and water quality test.
AC Tune-Up: Check, tighten, adjust, and clean all necessary components of the system, 24-point check system will be evaluated.

Drain Cleaning: One free drain cleaning and camera inspection annually.
