Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning Services
1 year warranty on labor and materials unless otherwise noted on the invoice. This is applicable on electric, plumbing, heating and air conditioning services.
We will happily cover the cost of the visit to your home if you call in with an issue that you believe that will be covered by warranty with in normal business hours.
If our parts fail or the work we perform is not working correctly, we will supply replacement parts at no additional cost. In the case that another part or component breaks after a repair is made, we will supply you with a price for repair options.
Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Air Installation
We provide up to 10 years warranty on labor and materials unless otherwise noted on your invoice. Friendly Home Services offers extended warranties as well. This warranty will apply to air conditioners, furnaces, water heaters, electrical meters, electrical panels, or other large equipment that we have installed or replaced for you. If you have questions or issues, please contact us immediately.
If you have an issue that is covered by warranty, a technician will come to your home and it will be free of charge to you if scheduled during regular business hours.
If our services or equipment we install fails, we will redo the work at no extra charge to you. If there is another issue, one of our technicians will explain the issue and lay out option to help you resolve the issue.
Drain Cleaning & Sewer Services
Friendly Home Services warranties their drain cleaning and sewer services fro 30 day unless noted otherwise in your invoice.
IF our services or equipment we install fails, we will redo the work at no extra charge to you. If there is another issue, one of our technicians will explain the issue and lay out option to help you resolve the issue.
Many times equipment will have a warranty from the manufacturer. This warranty usually covers the part for the equipment and the equipment itself. This does not include the labor to repair or replace your equipment.
The techinician that visits your home will be happy to contact the distributor/ manufacturer to verify the equipment or parts. They will make sure they are in stock and provide you with options for installations of the broken parts/equipment.
