The government has asked the service industry and tradespeople to continue providing the necessities of life; clean running water, relief from the cold and heat, light and power, and more. We wanted to assure you that rain, shine, or covid-19 we are here and ready to serve you!
When providing these necessary services we are also taking every precaution to protect our clients and team members. We are following guidelines laid out by the CDC and WHO. Here is what you can expect.
Our experts are:
- Wearing masks and PPE gear
- Foregoing traditional handshakes
- Wearing fresh shoe booties and gloves to every home
- We will send you a link to sign so we don't have to hand off our ipads and stylus.
- Practicing social distancing to the best of our ability
- Ordering their parts/equipment through willcall
Our customer service experts are also operating remote to ensure there is no loss of service for you. You get the same WOW service you’re used to getting, with a little extra caution. Let these girls know at the time of dispatch if you need a meal or a beverage we'd love to help in anyway.
Any employee experiencing symptoms of any illness is instructed to contact a medical professional and stay home until all symptoms subside.
